In some cases it may be more convenient for you, or more economical, to drop off
your computer with us instead of having us work on it at your location.
One such example would be reinstalling your operating system. This process takes
several (properly done takes four or more) hours and would be quite prohibitive cost
wise if done at your location. However, if dropped off with us we can offer you a flat-
rate at a significant cost savings.
This is also something to consider if your location doesn't have high-speed Internet
access. For example - we can download a 1MB file in ~15 seconds; but on a dial-up
connection it would take 5 minutes! In some cases we'll need to download hundreds
of megabytes of data for upgrades, patches and fixes.
